Returns & Refunds policy

In accordance with Article L.121-20-12 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has fourteen days to return, at their own expense, any items that do not suit them, for a full refund. This period begins on the day the order is received.

This right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty, except for shipping and return costs.

All return requests must be made by email to the following address: fala.jewelry@gmail.com . You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to return it for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Any item that appears to have been worn or damaged will be refused. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not subject to returns nor exchange.

Once the return request has been made by email, you must return your item in the bubble envelope used for sending (or a similar one) to the address mentioned by our customer service department by email via tracked letter.

Please slip your order number inside the envelope and provide us with the tracking number once the letter has been posted.

Upon receipt of your order, we will proceed with the refund or exchange of your item.

Refunds are made within 15 days from the date the return was received and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
